Palmela International Go-Kart has received, last 2 and 3 November, the emblematic Portuguese Karting Cup. An event that ended the season 2019 in Portugal of the karting sport and was attended by more than 80 registered drivers from all categories.
For the 38th edition of the "Tranquilidade Cup of Portugal", under the organization of the "Kart Club of Lisbon", which is considered the queen test of the discipline promoted by the Portuguese Automobile and Karting Federation (FPAK), the main objective was to overcome the results achieved throughout the Championship. However, it should be taken into account that the weather conditions were uncertain throughout the weekend, which conditioned the best working on track.
Rodrigo Seabra's performance did not go unnoticed, which was reflected throughout the weekend. The driver's evolution over the course of the season translated on the track, ending the 1st race of Saturday's race at P3 and the 2nd race of Sunday morning at P2.
The young drider left in the first starting line in P2 for the final race but, after the difficulty of the wheather, dropped to seventh position, where he managed with great vigor and commitment to recover to P4, where he finished the final race of the cup. Karting Portugal.
